Creamy Chicken Lasagna with White Sauce Recipe



Ingredients:

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups chopped spinach
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook lasagna noodles, then set aside.
3. Make the white sauce: melt butter, add garlic, flour, and heavy whipping cream. Simmer until thickened.
4. Mix chicken, ricotta, spinach, and mozzarella.
5. Layer the lasagna: noodles, white sauce, chicken mixture, and cheese.
6. Bake for 25 minutes covered, then 20 minutes uncovered.
