🌟 Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese Sandwich 🌟
Ingredients:
8 slices of bread (preferably sourdough or Italian)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1️⃣ In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and garlic powder until well combined.
2️⃣ Spread a thin layer of the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
3️⃣ Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet. Top with 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella, a few pieces of chopped shrimp, 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar, and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan. Place another slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
4️⃣ Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Press down gently with a spatula to help the cheese melt evenly.
5️⃣ Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more sandwiches.
