American Goulash

American Goulash

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups water
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked

Instructions:
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic until beef is no longer pink.
Add water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, pepper, and salt.
Bring to a boil and add the macaroni.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Serve hot and enjoy!
